Welcome! This is an open level Bellydance class where we will practice the dance moves, do intricate muscle work, shimmy a lot, and have oceans of fun. The class will incorporate some strength & balance exercises as well as stretch on the mat. Please, bring your yoga mats, hip scarf, and dance shoes are optional. Feel the rhythm and enjoy the flow!
